Your private Strategy Session:

Designed around approximately 90 minutes, with up to two hours available so we don’t have to rush anything. We’ll explore your experience, capabilities, ideas, practical realities and the possibilities you’re considering. 

Independent strategic analysis:

After the session, I step away and do the deeper work. I organise what we’ve explored, connect the dots, assess the possibilities, identify gaps, priorities, dependencies and sequence, and look at what appears most useful to investigate next. Just like I did for construction projects.

Your personalised Transition Blueprint:

Within five working days, you’ll receive a practical strategic view of your starting reality, what you already have to work with, the possibilities worth considering, your transition roadmap, your priorities now and the route from here. All for you to work through.

Private Blueprint Handover 

We meet for another 30 minutes to walk through your Blueprint and clarify anything that you have questions on.

The decision remains yours and my role is to help you understand the options, trade-offs and route clearly enough to make it well. 

This is for you if:
