Thinking about working for yourself, but not sure what it could actually look like?
I help established professional women turn experience, ideas and real-life constraints into a clearer route towards greater independence, away from corporate.
Plan the transition before you make it.
You can know you want out, without knowing what comes next.
Maybe conventional employment no longer fits and you want more control over how you work, what you work on and how you earn.
The difficult part is not deciding that you want something different, it’s working out what it could realistically look like.
Your experience, skills, ideas, financial realities, responsibilities and possible routes can all become tangled together.
That is where I help not by telling you to take a leap or asking you to throw away the career you have built and not by pretending there is one perfect business idea for you or a pre-made sales pitch or course.
My work is about making the transition clear enough to evaluate, plan and put into action.
WHAT YOU KNOW:
You want more independence.
WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW YET:
What it can look like.
Together, we look at things like:
the experience, skills and strengths you have already built and what people already trust you for
the kinds of work you actually want more of
the different ways your experience could translate into independent work
the possibilities you have already considered
the income your next chapter ultimately needs to support
the time, responsibilities and constraints your transition has to work around
which options look most realistic
The goal is not to create certainty where none exists. It is to give you enough clarity to make better decisions.
The decision remains yours.
My role is to help you understand the options, trade-offs and route clearly enough to make it well.
You may not need your whole transition mapped out yet.
You might need somewhere practical to start.
You might have no idea, be stuck on one specific decision or see the whole picture but you want support, there is a longer programme for that too.
Greater independence doesn’t have to mean starting again or quitting recklessly.
Your next chapter might involve a combination of different ways of working and earning through something you have not yet been able to see clearly.
The point is not to force yourself into a model, it’s to understand which possibilities make sense for you.

Client Words
“You listened to my needs, understood my present, and from there built my strategy in a way that was realistic, but also ambitious and motivating. The steps, numbers and logic of my short, mid and long-term goals became much clearer.”
Transition Strategy client
I approach transitions the way I’ve always approached complex project work: understand the reality, assess the options and build the route before you start.
I worked in Construction as a project manager, managing complex and commercial projects. Where decisions have to make sense with budgets, timelines, risks, competing priorities and consequences and that experience shapes how I work now.
I am not interested in selling you a dramatic reinvention story. I am interested in helping women make major decisions with more clarity, structure and perspective.
You wouldn’t build a house without understanding the budget, the timeline and the activities. So why would you build the next chapter of your working life without doing the same?
